So, here you are.

You may have found yourself in a familiar, albeit uncomfortable, place where you do not want to be anymore. You may be growing weary of experiencing the same struggles and conflicts without resolve. You may wonder why it is so difficult to turn intention into action. You may be sapped by pushing down your desires in favor of others’ desires for you. You may be yearning for sutures to be applied to old and deep wounds. You may be noticing that the reliable tools you’ve turned to in order to alleviate discomfort aren’t doing their job anymore.

And yet, amidst this chorus of uncertainty and dissolution, you are hearing a faint, maybe recurrent, voice whispering in your ear, “there has to be another way.”

I have deep respect for your willingness to listen to this voice.

I meet you here, in this messy place. I welcome all parts of you, even the ones that have been shut out and shut down. I believe that you are wise, and that you already hold the answers, they just need to be beckoned out.

I want to support you in getting in touch with and expressing your authentic self, so you can experience the sensation of aliveness in mind, body and soul.

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there.
